Health Insurance: We offer a group Health Insurance Plan for eligible employees and their dependents. Currently we offer medical, prescription drug, vision (Vision Service Plan), and life coverage and dental. Flexible Benefit Plan: Also known as a Cafeteria Plan or a Section 125 Plan, this plan allows eligible employees to take advantage of three tax saving benefits. Employee Assistance Program (EAP): EAP offers confidential help for a wide range of personal and work-related concerns. You are automatically enrolled and immediately eligible for services upon your first day of employment. Retirement Plan: A 401(k) savings program is offered that allows you to save a portion of your pre-tax income for retirement. Pacific currently offers a 50% match to call contributing employees. There is no waiting period with this benefit and you can begin contribution the first quarter opening after your date of hire. |
