Fresh Grapes come in three basic colors; green (sometimes called
white), red, and blue-black. There are more than 50 kinds of table
grapes in production and each variety possesses a distinct color,
taste, texture and history.
Grapes are harvested fully ripe so they are ready to eat the minute
you bring them home.
Grape bunches should be well-colored with plump berries firmly attached
to green pliable stems.
Storage, Ripening (if any) and Handling:
Refrigerate.
Does not ripen further after harvest.
Do not wash until just before serving.
