Pure Pacific Organics (PPO) is an vital component of Pacific International Marketing.  PPO was established  almost 20 years ago and it has grown today into a one of the largest organic farming companies in California. In addition to organic farming, Pure Pacific Organics also operates a processing facility in Gonzales, California that supplies both conventional and organic packaged produce.

PPO CauliflowerPure Pacific Organics made a company commitment not just to organic farming, but to the wholesome, sustainable agriculture system that preserves and improves our precious natural resources, like air, soil and water, as well as conserves the harmony of our fragile ecosystem. Our organic farming practices enhance the biodiversity, increase soil fertility, and preserve surface as well as ground water. PPO, farms approximately 3,000 acres of certified organic land in California, Arizona, and Mexico. Our dedication to organic farming starts in the field; we select our seed from only the most experienced growers to offer only those varieties that meet today's strict standards. Our farmers are in the field daily to ensure our crops are harvested at the peak of perfection and are handled and packed properly.  We then utilize our own advanced cooling equipment and loading techniques to ensure the integrity of the produce.  All of our ground is USDA certified, as are our processing and cooling facilities.

PPO Processing PlantIn addition to organic farming, Pure Pacific Organics also operates a processing facility in Gonzales, California.  Here we processes our conventional and organic salad mixes, baby spinach, spring mix and other packaged goods. In May 2010, we expanded our operations and opened a new state-of-the-art processing plant. This new facility is 40,000 square feet with six receiving/loading docks and currently runs two processing lines.  Here we annually inspected and certified by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF) and other USDA accredited certifying agents for organic product. In August 2011, Rabbi Jacob Traub of the Orthodox Rabbinibal Council of OCRSan Francisco visited our processing facility. After a thorough inquiry, our plant is now kashrut certified and is supervised by the Orthodox Rabbinical Council of San Francisco.
